Why Us?
Our Technical Edge
We have the most accurate temperature measurement. The accuracy and stability of calibration of the temperature probes allows for general specification. The differential temperature measurement is a long-term calibration accuracy of < 0.001 °C (0.0018 °F) for 10 years. This permits accurate monitoring for total heads above 10m. This factor is 10x better than our competitors who struggle with heads lower than 50m. The lower the head the lower the differential temperature signal. Each of the temperature probes has two sensors, which operate independently. In the event of any significant discrepancy between the sensors, an alert is provided. Our competitors do not have this dual sensor feature, meaning they cannot indicate temperature measurement problems. Our short low mass thermowells, minimise vibration heating, mechanical stress and stem effect. These factors are also essential for providing accurate and continuous temperature measurement.

Since 2003, we have provided products and services to 22 countries on 5 continents and supported them. We have offices and spares caches in Australia and the UK, trained associates in North America, and representatives in other key countries.
Between them, our support personnel have over 60 years of international experience. We can cope with jet-lag and culture shock!
Most issues can be solved by remote support, and we can either inspect data provided by you, or, with the appropriate IT permissions, we can remotely access instrumentation, collect data, and advise, without the need to travel to site.
